Welcome to Trigger Point Studios! By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional policies we may publish.

2. Services Offered

Trigger Point Studios provides [holistic wellness modalities, chiropractic care, non invasive therapies, postural exams, mobility therapy, fitness training, massage therapy, etc. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. 

5. Cancellation & No Show Policy

We understand that situations may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any changes to your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of $25.00 may apply.

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notification will be charged 50% of the appointment cost or 50% of the credits on account if they are part of a monthly membership package.

6. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trigger Point Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
