Certified Mobility Practitioner + Certified Personal Trainer + Fitness Enthusiast
I have an extensive background in fitness and endurance training. I have competed in countless triathlons distances ranging from sprint to half Ironmans. Never had enough time to put in for a full Ironman, yet, but it’s still on the “Bucket List.” I was on Tru Tri Sports Race Team for several years, and I positioned in the top 10% of M25-29 earning me Bronze All World Athlete status for Ironman 70.3.
My passion now is more behind the scenes as a Stretch Practitioner. I am the proud owner of Trigger Point Stretch Studio, LLC. I love helping people achieve their fitness goals by ensuring their muscular system is performing at optimum levels.

Masters in Exercise Physiology from Texas Woman’s University + ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist + Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association + Stretch Practitioner of Trigger Point Stretch Studio
My background is heavily rooted in sport science and the medical field, but I have been an athlete since the time I could walk and really have not stopped moving and trying to improve since! Sports for me began with soccer but progressed to combat sports once I hit college. It was a different type of competition leaving me with experience in the cage (would recommend), a black belt in Jiu Jitsu, and at 23 major shoulder surgery (definitely do not recommend). During my time in physical therapy I fell in love with the hands-on rehab style, this would sow the seeds for my changed path in school and career. I spent time as an EMT to gather emergency experience and patient care, but my true calling is rehab and “preventative medicine”.
I won’t claim to have all the answers, as I am always willing to learn and get better, but I do believe in what we do here (by now so do my friends and family), and I’d love to show you a new world through this awesome place we call Trigger Point Stretch!

Licensed Chiropractor + RockTape Certified (Roc Doc) + CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
After graduating in 2007, with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology, I then went on to chiropractic school at Texas Chiropractic College. Afterwards, I returned to Corpus to begin my chiropractic career with Armadillo Sports Chiropractic. I practiced at Armadillo Sport Chiropractic for nearly 10 years and learned a lot about sports therapies and how to help keep athletes off of the recovery bench.
When moving to the area, I decided I did not want to just open another chiropractic office. This was when I decided to take my practice mobile and bring my skills to my patients.
I lead a highly active lifestyle, and love to work out. I played soccer in high school, and now you can find me doing some sort of workout daily. It doesn’t matter what kind of workout it is, just as long as it keeps me moving Tough Mudders, 5K’s, triathlons, Runs, Weights…just give me a challenge, and point me in the direction and I'll meet you there. These days CrossFit is my main “go to” for workouts.
